charming stay close to the heart
beautiful decorations daily chocolates needed equipment
The hotel was beautiful, filled with character and charm. our room had lovely decorations and everything we needed. chocolates was in the room each day. It was a nice treat.
The room wasn't huge, but it was well-designed. Some may find it small.

the hotel is situated near the cathedral and the church of our lady.. everything i wanted to see was within easy walking distance, shops and restaurants are right around the corner.

great choice convenient location quiet street comfortable bed
breakfast offered lots of choices. i found the location convenient for exploring the city. it was an easy walk to main attractions but the street was quiet. the bed and bathroom were comfortable.
i noticed the elevator was out of service .

unrestocked minibar uninterested staff
the location was good , a short walk to attractions.
The room was not properly cleaned . I found hair in the bathroom. also , the minibar was not restocked daily as promised. the staff seemed uninterested when i brought these issues to their attention , it was frustrating.

street noise broken safe
the bed was comfortable enough, i suppose.
I was promised a quiet room, but it faced the street, so street noise kept me awake. also, the in-room safe didn't work. I reported it, but no one ever fixed it. i had to carry my passport and valuables with me everywhere, a real inconvenience. i'm quite frustrated by this experience, honestly.

great spot near center
quiet room large room
the location has everything so close. the room was quiet and big. there was a deep bath and a shower with power.
the hotel didnt send a taxi after we asked. google maps did not show right way. i wasted time finding the place.
